Our Policies

All Traeger grills are covered by a standard, three-year manufacturer's warranty. If you purchase an item from us and encounter any difficulties with the product, we will work with you to help resolve the issue to your satisfaction. You will work directly with Traeger grills to resolve any warranty issues with your Traeger Grill. Customers choosing to return a grill or accessory item for refund in lieu of working with the Customer Service Department to resolve an issue are responsible for return shipping of the product(s) back to our warehouse location and must do so with-in 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be issued based upon the price paid for products that are returned undamaged and unconsumed, plus any applicable sales tax. We do not take back any grills that have been used. Accessory item returns are only accepted for returned if unopened and in saleable condition. Any products that are shipped and then canceled before product is recieved by the customer the customer will be responsible for original shipping costs and re-stock fee of 20%.

PRIVACY
Unlike many websites, we will not ask for any personal data until after you have seen our complete value proposition and have made the decision to buy from us. We respect your right to privacy and will not share any of our customers' information with any other parties for any purpose other than fulfillment of your order. We will always protect your right to privacy. This is our promise.

SHIPPING
Shipping time on grill package orders generally takes 1-10 business days, depending upon your location. Deliveries to home addresses generally take 2-10 business days with few exceptions (deliveries to businesses are generally one day sooner). Once the destination terminal has received your shipment, they will call you at the phone number you provided when you ordered to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note that deliveries to known business addresses generally arrive one day sooner because the appointment procedure is not necessary.

Please note: Our people and our shipping partners have several years' experience transporting thousands of Traeger grills direct to their new homes. We utilize best-practice methods, labeling and supplemental packaging to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your new grill. Our Internet order package consists of multiple boxes--a palletized carton containing your new grill and smaller cartons containing your free pellets, accessories and Parts Protection Plan document. Please verify that you have received all pieces in good condition before signing the delivery confirmation.

ADVERTISED PRICES
In accordance with Traeger pricing policies, we only advertise pricing equal to the manufacturer's most current published suggested retail price list.
